| Who are your leading candidates for the NFL MVP? Why? |
Willie Jay White
Three guys come to mind with regard to NFL MVP, Albert Haynesworth, Michael Turner, and Drew Brees. The stats tell most of the story all three of these candidates are in the top five in each of the major statistical categories for their position moreover they are the biggest reason for much of their team’s success. But at the end of the Albert Haynesworth has been the most dominant defensive player and catalyst to the team with the best record in the league. While backs and receivers get all the hype offensive and defensive line is where games are won. It would only be fitting the big boys get the love they deserve.

I gotta go with Chris Johnson (RB Tennessee Titans).??? This kid has really done a good job this year for them.?? I know he’s a rookie, but without him, the Titans would not be where they are.?? I think Eli Manning deserves some votes also, because he lost his best weapon and still survived.? They are the number 1 seed in the NFC.?? But still, I am going have to vote for Chris Johnson.

“My leading candidates for NFL MVP are two AFC quarterbacks.? I think it is a tight race between Colts quarterback Peyton Manning and Titans quarterback Kerry Collins.? They both have their teams poised to make a legitimate playoff run.? I like Manning as a candidate because he has done what he was expected to do but only with less.? I like Collins because he has been consistent; he manages the game well and he makes very little mistakes.? Both Collins and Manning has been able to come up with the big play when their teams needed them.”
