“Dad Ask Sons To Leave” Deputies were called to a residence in reference to a domestic dispute. The complainant stated when he came home his two sons were in his residence. One son was taking a shower and the other was on the telephone. When he asked them to leave they were disrespectful so he called for law enforcement. He further advised that he wanted both of them placed on a trespass notice for that address and though he understood that was a civil matter he wanted the incident documented. The deputy informed the complainant that one son was already trespassed from the residence, so he was advised on how to obtain a copy of the report.
“He Pushed Me” A deputy responded at a residence in reference to an assault. The victim stated that she suspected her husband of having an affair with a prostitute and when she tried to grab his arm he pushed her onto the ground and broke her ribs. The husband stated that his wife has been causing problems lately and he did push her to get her away from him. They both were advised of legal procedures.
“Kangaroo Burglary” Deputies were alerted to an alarm at the Kangaroo Express on Ace Basin Pwky. Upon arrival they found a busted out window, broken glass, and a broken three pound sledge hammer in the walkway. The store manager responded and unlocked the front door so deputies could gain entry. Once inside they did not find any suspect, but the manager viewed the surveillance tape and observed two males wearing hooded shirts enter the store and went behind the counter to the safe. One suspect was wearing a white hooded shirt, while the other was wearing a dark colored hooded shirt; and both of them were in jeans and tennis shoes. Evidence was collected and the manager was advised to inform law enforcement after she took inventory of the safe and if she learned of any possible leads.
“He Never Came Back” A deputy met with a complainant at headquarters in regards to a missing person. She stated that she and her husband were married on the June 1st, but he has been missing since that time. The day after their marriage he told her he was going to work in the St. George area, but he did not return. She further advised that he may have decided to return to his Maple Branch Road address in Reevesville. “Woman Assaulted” A caller informed a dispatcher that her boyfriend was causing a problem, but she hung up after saying that he had just the scene. When the deputy arrived and made contact with the victim he observed bruises on her face and over her left eye. But, when questioned she was uncooperative and she would only say that it was due to her living conditions. The victim then signed a waiver and she was advised to speak with the victim’s advocate in reference to this matter if she decided she wanted help.
“Wife Tries To Cash Check” A deputy was called to a residence in regards to a civil dispute. The complainant stated that his wife entered his residence on and took a $5,000 check. She made an attempt to cash the check at First Federal Bank, but was unsuccessful. The complainant wanted this incident document, though he knew it was a civil dispute. He was further advised on how to obtain a copy of the completed report.
