BucknerLoose Change

I noticed that some consumers do not value loose change. I was walking in a public place and someone dropped a quarter on the ground. I noticed that no one stopped to pick it up. I began to wonder why no one would pick up loose change on the ground. Is it because they think loose change has no value? I collected, this week alone, over 75 cents in loose change off the grounds of public places. If you find at least 50 cents a week in loose change, at the end of the year you could have over 26 dollars.
