| “Possible Larceny” A deputy was dispatched to the incident location in regards to a possible larceny. Upon arrival, the deputy met with the complainant who stated someone had stolen money from her Wachovia account. The complainant had called law enforcement to her residence several times in the prior in reference to the same incident. It was further determined that no larceny had taken place, but the complainant is reliving a past incident with her daughter that has been resolved. With the complainant’s permission the deputy conducted a walk through of the residence and found: severe water damage to the ceiling, only heat in the living room, inadequate food, mold and mildew, she recently burned a pot on the stove, due to forgetting that it was on the burner (so she is unstable to cook for herself). The deputy had medics conduct a welfare check on the complainant and it was determined that she was medically cleared, but she soon forgot who the medics and deputy were and that she had called law enforcement the last few days. She then stated that she would visit her regular doctor, but her doctor also advised that she was not demented nor would they order further testing at this time, so DSS stated they would conduct a followup. During the follow-up, the complainant may voluntarily seek adequate housing/ care, but her granddaughter stated she would keep her until the DSS follow-up. |
| “She Broke The Window Out Her Car” A deputy responded to an address in reference to damage to a vehicle. The deputy spoke with the suspect who advised she caught her boyfriend with another woman so she busted out the window to the other woman’s vehicle. The boyfriend stated they did not need law enforcement and the other woman would not come outside to speak with the deputy.
“Wife Assaults Husband” A deputy spoke with a victim who stated while he was sitting in the Ashepoo Groceries his wife entered and stated that they could argue inside the store or outside. At that time, the victim went outside, but since his wife was extremely loud, he turned to walk away. As he walked away, his wife punched him on his back and when he turned around, she spit in his face. He further stated that she told him if he came back home she was going to blow his brain out and he believes she will do it. “3-Year-Old Fondled” A mother spoke with a deputy in reference to her daughter being fondled. The mother stated that her 3-year-old daughter spent two nights away from home and when she returned home, she stated her vagina was hurting. When she asked her daughter what happened she told her that while she and the 5-yearold subject were bathing together the subject stuck her fi nger into the victim’s vagina. The mother stated that this was all her daughter told her and she was unsure of the specifi c day this occurred, but she wanted the incident documented. “Vehicle Damaged” A deputy was called to Saxby Hill Rd in reference to malicious damage to a vehicle. When the deputy arrived the victim advised that while driving down Ritter Rd near the Elizabeth Church, she observed something coming towards her vehicle. The victim stated it was a cement block and it had struck the top left rear of her vehicle. She also stated that her husband and daughter were occupants in the vehicle. The victim then advised that her husband observed a young male with no shirt throw the cement block, before running into one of the nearby apartments. When they went to the apartments in an attempt to make contact with male and his parents they met negative results. The deputy did observe scratch markings that looked as if something slid across the top of the victim’s vehicle. The scratches began at the top rear on the right of the vehicle and proceeded all the way to the left side. “Child Steals Checks” The victim stated that when she received her bank statement she learned her son had written eight checks totaling $410 from her account to himself. She stated that she did not notice missing checks until the statement and she son does not know she is fi ling a complaint. At this time DJJ petition will be fi led out.
